This policy applies to all orders within the United States. By placing an order with WOWihte, you agree to the terms outlined in this shipping policy.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Locations
Shipping is free for all orders within the United States. There are no additional charges beyond the order total.
Order Processing and Transit Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT−05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Panama) on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Transit Time: Transit time for domestic orders within the United States is 7 to 10 business days with tracking via UPS.
Total Time: Order Processing Time + Order Transit Time (8-12 business days)
Shipping Delay and Issues
Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, holiday seasons, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. WOWihte is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs-related matters.

Order Changes and Incorrect Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit. Should we return your order due to an incorrect address, you will bear the additional shipping charges.
